Sewerage District Customer Service
Thank you for visiting our Customer Service site. Our staff is available Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm to assist you with any issues or questions. We are located right in the heart of Auburn at 268 Court Street.

During normal business hours, staff are here to assist you with questions and/or dispatching field service personnel to investigate potential problems. The office number is 784-6469. This number can also be used for after-hours emergencies, when the call will be directed to our answering service for dispatching of personnel.
